UPDATE: The Department of State has informed AILA that when the May Visa Bulletin is published, the China and India EB-2 cut-off dates will retrogress to August 15, 2007 and remain there for the remainder of fiscal year 2012. It was “too early” to predict movement for the remainder of the calendar year.
