As an Associate working across the firm’s L-1 practice and its extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, exceptional ability, and national interest waiver matters, Helen focuses on L-1 intracompany transferee visas, O-1 petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, and I-140 immigrant petitions for managers and EB-1 classifications, as well as adjustment of status applications.
Before joining the firm, Helen spent many years with several boutique immigration practices in the Bay Area, beginning in 1995. While completing her J.D., Helen served as Technical Editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal. Her professional interests include immigration policy, technology law, and issues at the nexus of global mobility and innovation.
