Tiffany Martinez is a Senior Associate of the firm, where she provides strategic counsel to clients of all sizes on nonimmigrant and US permanent residence matters. Her hands-on approach to developing and streamlining immigration compliance programs ensures both clients and employees are consistently treated to a best-in-class experience.
Tiffany is a recognized national expert, as acknowledged by Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. She has also received the Diversity Award from the Minority Bar Association and the Gold Award as a Chapter Chair for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). On numerous occasions, she has utilized her extensive expertise to compose articles, edit publications and serve as a speaker for the AILA and global mobility/immigration panels on the regional and national levels. Tiffany currently serves in key leadership roles within AILA, which directly reflects her passion for supporting and empowering underrepresented communities, building partnerships with non-profits and promoting fair policies for the immigrant community.
