Hye Rim (Helen) Park

Helen is an associate with the firm’s immigrant and permanent residency practice group, focusing on PERM and employment-based green cards.

Prior to joining the firm, Helen practiced both business and family immigration, including working with large, multinational corporations on various nonimmigrant and immigrant U.S. immigration matters, and guiding them through regulatory and policy changes that may impact their foreign national employees. She also has experience with government entities and representing individuals in the highly sensitive cases matters of asylum and deportation defense. Helen has worked in both a boutique immigration firm in Northern Virginia-Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, as well as a large U.S. immigration firm based out of Toronto, Canada. Throughout her practice, she has developed her expertise in immigrant visa processes including PERM labor certification application, I-140 petitions, and I-485 adjustment of status with USCIS and consular processing abroad.
