David is an associate with the firm and works in the nonimmigrant practice group. He focuses on H-1B, TN, E-3, and H1-B1 petitions for highly-skilled professionals.
Prior to joining the firm, David acquired immigration law experience by working as a client-side immigration specialist for a national laboratory in the San Francisco Bay Area. He handled the laboratory’s nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1B and J-1 matters, and assisted and consulted on immigrant visa petitions. He also acted as an authorized representative in connection with I-9 and E-Verify employment verification processes. David has also gained experience with a prominent business immigration law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he drafted a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, TN, PERM, EB-1A, and EB-1B matters.
