Helen brings 20+ years of immigration law experience spanning nonimmigrant and immigrant visa work for clients across a spectrum of fields and industries. In addition to her specific focus on immigrant visa petitions in the Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, and National Interest Waiver categories, she handles complex issues relating to nonimmigrant visas (H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, Es, and O-1s). While completing her J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law, Helen was Technical Editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal (formerly the Computer and High Technology Law Journal), a publication that focused on all aspects of intellectual property and technology law.
