Grace has been practicing immigration and nationality law since 1999, including as partner in a Silicon Valley immigration law firm and as in-house counsel who established the immigration law group in the general counsel’s office of a substantial technology company. Grace has extensive experience providing comprehensive immigration law counseling to the management and employees of primarily high-technology companies, biotechnology companies, universities, and government-sponsored research facilities. She handles the full-range of employment-based nonimmigrant visas including E, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN, in addition to her immigrant visa work including PERM labor certification applications, National Interest Waiver petitions, Extraordinary Ability petitions, and Outstanding Researcher petitions. Grace has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), having served as the Santa Clara Valley Chapter’s liaison to both the USCIS field office in San Jose, California, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Her statewide AILA responsibilities include co-editing immigration law articles for the AILA California Chapters Conference. Outside of work Grace manages a competitive AAU girls basketball program. Depending on the weekend, you may find her in San Ramon, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or even Reno cheering on the players.
