Britt is an associate with the firm focusing on H-1B, E-3, TN and other visa matters for highly skilled professionals. Prior to joining the firm, Britt worked for two prominent business immigration law firms in New York where she gained extensive experience advising corporate and individual clients on a range of immigration matters, including EB-1 and O-1 extraordinary ability petitions for artists, journalists, and researchers. She enjoys working closely with clients to grow their businesses and careers.
Britt is committed to immigrant justice. While in law school she received the Brooklyn Law School Gold Award for dedicating over 100 hours to public service, including with Safe Horizon, an organization that provides legal services to foreign nationals and victims of human trafficking. Britt continues to volunteer with immigrant rights organizations, most recently with Catholic Charities and the New York City Immigration Advocacy Initiative (NYCIAI).
